type='text'>Happy New Year

So, this year is about to end and another one will come.

This year has been great for me- I met GREAT new people, I visited England and France, I went to see Apocalyptica LIVE and did tons of other stuff.

I hope the next one will be even greater. So far I have planned going to see girugamesh and Kamelot preform live in Helsinki, graduating from high school, getting into a good university, maybe some traveling in the summer, hopefully getting new camera equipment and so on.

But more importantly, for those of you who I haven't wished so yet, HAPPY NEW YEAR! :D

Long time no blog

Yup. With the beginning of school my laziness has deepened seriously. That's why I haven't written a blog for a LONG time, even tho I have had plenty of reasons, including the Saaremaa Rally 2007 and the sauna party that came with it :D (click for pics, the first has the rally itself, the cars and stuff. The second has in it the people I was with during and after the rally).

Last week was the autumn vacation and during that I visited France with some people from my class and some people from other classes. It was a 9 day bus trip where we drove through Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Germany, France and Belgium. I'll try to summarize the trip as much as I remember and also add some pictures :) You can see all the pictures here.

DAY 1:

Woke up around 1:30 am. The bus started driving 3am.
Kuressaare Castle at around 2:30 am

Reimo, Jügen and Liis didn't sleep before, instead they visited a night club and got really drunk. They slept (and didn't remember much anything) until the Estonian-Latvian border, which we crossed early morning. After a few hours we crossed the border to Lithuania, where we stopped after 19km's at a bistro/bar/something where every Estonian car/bus stops when going either way. They had ostriches, bears and some other animals.

Ostriches

By the night we arrived in Poland and slept in a hotel ~20km from Warsaw. Our room didn't have a TV and smelled. The window was almost impossible to close after being opened. We also went to a shop about 1km away from the hotel, risked our lives by doing it by crossing a road (the traffic in Poland is madness). It took around 3 minutes to pay with a card.

DAY 2:

Started driving from Poland. It is really boring and big country that takes up a whole day when you are going somewhere through it by bus/car. It looks really dirty, ugly and poor also. At least some places. Though there are signs of improvement here and there. Saw some famous Polish prostitutes near the German border. Reimo managed to get one picture:

Polish prostitutes

We arrived at Magdeburg, Germany by the night. Stayed at a Formula 1 hotel.

DAY 3:

Started driving towards France. Arrived at Reims, France before it went dark. Saw the Notre-Dame de Reims, where the kings of France used to be crowned, took some pictures. Visited McDonalds and then took some pictures of the cathedral in the dark. Me, Reimo and Jürgen were wearing shorts.

Notre-Dame de Reims at night

Stayed at a Formule 1 hotel.

DAY 4:

Started driving towards Paris. Around midday we arrived at the Louvre. We spend around 4-5 hours there managing to barely glance at most of the things and probably not seeing half the museum. I do manage to see most of the famous things- the statues of Venus de Milo and Nike of Samothrace and the paintings- Mona Lisa, Liberty Leading the People, Oath of the Horatii, Coronation of Napoleon and more.

Liberty Leading the People at Louvre (Yeah I know what's leading those people and it ain't liberty ;) )

After that we visit the La Défense, passing the Arc de Triomphe. We stop at the Grande Arche, have some free time there and visit a nearby foodstore.

Reimo and Jürgen under the Grande Arche

We also manage to see the Palais Garnier, also known as Opéra de Paris or Opéra Garnier, though only from the outside. We go to the hotel, which is once again a Formule 1 hotel. The window has the handle missing so we can't open it.

DAY 5:

First thing in the morning we go to a perfume museum near the Palais Garnier, nothing interesting there. Next stop is the Eiffel tower, on the way there also passing Place de la Concorde (which we actually also saw the previous day). I leave my hat in the bus and catch a cold that turns into a slight fever in the evening. I'm still coughing a bit. The Eiffel, of course, rocks!

A view on the Arc de Triomphe from the top of the Eiffel Tower

After spending some hours there we go to some place where there is a great view to the tower (I don't really remember the name).

From top left: Kati, Triin, Eige, Katrin, Kairi, Tanel, Liis and Tom.
From bottom left: Jürgen, Reimo, me, Keito, Riho and Indrek.

After that, among other things we visit the Centre Georges Pompidou and Notre Dame de Paris. As the night falls, we pass the Moulin Rouge in the red lights district along with many sex shops. We arrive at Montmartre and see the Basilique du Sacré-Cœur. There is a really good band playing on the stairs so we don't bother going inside. I'm not feeling that well and most of pictures turn out kinda blurry. We return to the hotel where we find out that the window is not closed (I mean it is closed but you can open it without the handle). As I'm not feeling well I go to sleep early.

DAY 6:

I'm feeling a bit better. We leave early for the Palace of Versailles. Much of it turns out to be under renovation and we don't spend much time there. The night before was the hardest drinking night (yes, I missed it as I was ill) and most people have hangovers. The place is kinda cool tho. I also see the second version of Coronation of Napoleon.

After that we have around 4 hours free time in Paris. 4 hours in Paris equals next to nothing. I did manage to buy a poster (Luis Royo's Subversive Beauty) there and get a portrait done by a street artist tho.

Me in Paris

In the evening we went for an hour and a half boat ride along the river Seine, saw the Paris in lights. After we arrive there around midday, we get about one hour free time there. We see some sights, most famous of them being the Manneken Pis. I also buy some chocolate and a poster that is not for viewing for people under the age of 18 (small version).

We weren't warned about the on-foot-excursion around the town so we were again wearing shorts.
From top left: Unknown policeman #1, Unknown policeman #2, Unknown policeman #3, Unknown policeman #4, Unknown policewoman #1
From bottom left: Reimo, me, Jürgen, Tanel

We arrived at Magdeburg in the evening. We stay up long and make too much noise. Some guest comes angrily, we go to bed.

DAY 9:

We start driving towards Estonia. After another long day we arrive home at around 11:30pm.

The end.

You can see all the pictures here.

I'm 18! :D

Heya all! That's right, I'm now 18 (have been for 5 days actually ^^), which means I'm de jure an adult :D . HA! Crazy! I don't feel any different tho to be honest... Time sure does fly....

Anyway, I got LOTS of nice presents, like an axe-necklace from my parents (brought from Crete, see the picture below), a leather-strap-bracelet-thingie from Pearl (see the picture below), a really sweet video from ferret (it's sadly without sound, but it was meant to be with a cool birthday song played by ferret herself, see the video below), a chinese style teapot for making tea from my grandparents, some money and lots of good wishes and hugs :) Thaks again to everyone :)

Thanks to me being 18 now, I'm able to use a service of a local bank, the U-Card. It is a virtual credit card, which works pretty much like the real thing, exept that it is valid for 40 days and you won't get a plastic card. And I don't think you can spend more than you have. It's meant for buying from internet stores like amazon.com and such. I already ordered 3 Kamelot CDs (Karma, Epica and The Black Halo) and a Bleach wall calendar for 2008 from amazon. And I'll soon order 3 first kagrra, CDs (Nue, Irodori and Sakura), Ra:IN's Before The Siren album, m.c.A.T.'s single Bomb a Head (opening theme for Tenjou Tenge) and X JAPAN's Aoi Yoru Shiroi Yoru DVD box from cdjapan.co.jp. I might throw in Bleach: Memories of Nobody limited ed DVD also.

We are having a sports day tomorrow. My event is bicycle trip... It's about 44+km and if the weather allows, I'll be taking my camera also.

Ok, don't wanna make this blog as long as the last one, so I'll just post the pics and go do something useful... Or just watch South Park :D

Stuff and other stuff

Ok, so, a bit later than promised, but anyway (better late than never, ne? ;) ) :) I'll try to write about everything since my last blogpost (last Tuesday, 28th August). It's probably gonna be quite long, so grab some popcorn and coke :)

On 29th August we had a camp in western Saaremaa. It was like an orientation camp for the 10th graders. As I'm in the 12th grade, I helped out a bit (mostly by making photos). It lasted until the next morning. We had some sporting events, photocompetition (divided into groups and asked to do photos on cerain subjects or something :P ), cross-dressing Miss and Mister competition and some other stuff I may not know as I wasn't with the 10th graders all the time :D . In the evening, as it is usually in events like that, we started drinking :D . Well I didn't drink more than a few beers for the whole day, but some people got really drunk. We went to sleep at around 3 am and woke up at like 9 am the next... Had breakfast and that was more or less it :P You can find some pics about the trip at the end of the blogpost and all the pics here. Some of my pictures were used in an article about the camp in today's local newspaper Oma Saar. I don't have it at home atm but I'll get it by tomorrow and possibly scan it also (dunno about translating tho, I think it's quite long). :)

On friday I went to a computer store to buy a new HDD and ended up buying a 320Gb (298Gb after formating for some reason) and a 5.1 speaker system from Logitech. Then I went home, discovered I also need a 5.1 soundcard, went back (to another store this time) and bought a 7.1 card (it was not that expensive and the 5.1 that was availible there seemed too cheap). Then I went back home and after about an hour got the HDD working (had to disconnect my CD-writer+DVD reader becouse there weren't enough power wires or something, still have a DVD-writer). Then I put the HDD formatting and went to a restourant on Sõrve Peninsula, where our band JEPPS held a concert as a warm-up for Ivo Linna and Anti Kammiste. Went quite well :)

On Saturday me and Siim drove (~6 hours by bus and 30 mins on a ferry) to Tartu and we went eating to a restourant named Tsink Plekk Pang, which is a Chinese restourant that also offers Indian and Japanese cousine (on the webpage, if you clikc Menüü, you can also view the menu in English, otherwise it's fully Estonian). It was really good, we ordered chicken and rice with egg. And also some really good fruit tea. After that we shopped a bit (I bought two S.Oliver shirts and Siim got a nice Puma hoodie :P ). In the evening we went to an ex-bomb shelter that is now used by roleplayers. The name was "Burrow" if I'm not mistaken. A friend of mine organized an anime night with her animeclub there. They showed the first ~10 episodes of GTO, Genshiken and Azumanga Daioh. We (me and Siim) more or less slept through half of the things after GTO as we were really tired from trippng around since ealy morning (the bus left Kuressaare 5.30 am). It was fun nevertheless and I hope I can go back there the next time :) Some people even cosplayed there, as much as I saw, for example, two guys from anothe animeclub cosplayed Naruto and Kiba from the anime Naruto. You can see pics of the event here, they weren't made by me tho (I left my camera at home). The home-bus left the next day at 3.50 pm and we were home by 10 pm :)

Today was the first day of school :D It went quite well, nothing interesting happened yet tho :) I got my school ring (others got it on 1st September, but I was in Tartu then). Looks quite nice. I'v never had a ring before tho, so it feels abit strange, but I guess I'll get used to it. Took my camera with me, made a few pics also. You can find them here.

Some pics then :) :

Preedik, Jako and Reimo at an Soviet-wall-map(-memorial?) thingie :P

Salome, the winner of the cross-dressing Miss competition :D

My school ring

The S.Oliver shirts I bought :)

Buisy week coming!

Yupyup.

Today was my last day at work, I did more than usually, comparing with the past few workdays, which means I put up like 2 lamps and cut a few holes in a few places and connected a few wires. No more boring work for me :D

The weather got really bad today. The temperature was only 13 degrees C, atleast when I was home for lunch around midday. And there were quite heavy showers now and then. It's raining right now even... Sux...

And the weather is even more depressing becouse my parents flew to Greece today. For a whole goddamn week. Tho I hope they won't get burned there :)

About the upcoming week or so... I'm going to a camp tomorrow. It's a camp for the tenthgraders, which I help to organize (I'm a 12th grader this year). I'll stay until Thursday morning. Among other things I'm supposed to take a lot of pictures, of which about 5-6 should be published in a local newspaper (a girl in our parallel class, who seems to be striving to become a journalist is writing the story). To get 5-6 good pics I guess I gotta make atleast 300 :D And of course I'll post some here also ;)

After that, on Friday, our band (JEPPS, a vocal boyband, consisting of 4 members + beatbox, who sadly can't come this time as he's about #1 in Estonia and has shows all over the country quite often) is having a little concert before famous-over-Estonia Ivo Linna and Anti Kammiste (there is even a live song up in YouTube- here (Ivo Linna is the one on the right)).

On Saturday me and Siim (on this blogpost, second picture, the guy on the right) are going to Tartu (probably). We'll be shopping there and, in the evening we (I atleast, dunno if Siim will come :P ) am meeting with some ppl and we are having an animenight :D That means we'll stay up all night watching anime :D :D Currently on the list are : Genshiken, Azumanga Daioh, Manabi Straight, School Rumble and Great Teacher Onizuka. I have seen the second (only up to ep. 4, then I needed HDD space and thought I'll dl later :P ), fourth (I got the manga vols 1-4 also... LOVE IT! :D ) and fifth (seen the anime, planning on ordering the manga... LOVE IT ALSO!! :D ). We are coming back on Sunday probably, when I'll hopefully also blog about the event... And rest alot, becouse-

On Monday, SCHOOL BEGINS! :D Goddamn, I have waited for it to beging for quite a few weeks now. You probably think I'm crazy, but hey! School's really fun if you make it fun ;)

And on Tuesday my parents are getting back. Which is quite convenient, as on 5th, the next day, it's my birthday. I'm FINALLY getting old enough for about a million things. Including nightclubs, alcohol, voting, owning a company, driving and so on. I'll probably ditch school as soon as the pubs are opened and go buy a round of beer to all my friends :D

As an ending, I'd like to talk about one of the weirdest dreams I have had recently (actually, it's pretty much I can remember in some details). It was the last dream this morning beofre I woke up. I don't remember it all, but some of it. I remember that I was camping with some people, including my classmate Katrin and, belive or not, the English singer, songwriter, and record producer Robert Peter ("Robbie") Williams (there were a few more but I'm not sure I know who they were... Or even knew while sleeping). I remember that it was either dusk or dawn (more likely) and we were on a riverbank across some large city (there was pretty much nothing on our side, the other side had a city almost to the river). Under the cloudless (almost) sky, in our sleeping bags (not naked tho :P ). Others were sleeping but me and Robbie were chatting (maybe singing?) about something to do with celeberties and their lifestyles. And I also we either woke Katrin up, or kept her from falling asleep. Tho she was not really mad at us. It's really funny tho... I don't think I have read/listened/saw anything about Robbie Williams for a long time, and I haven't talked with Katrin either, tho she's on my MSN and I see her there from time to time.

And as a finish, Courage says hi :D (taken on my English trip of 2007 :P ):

I went camping this weekend :D We were there for two nights and two days. Or three days? Anyway we went there on saturday, 18th and came today, monday 20th. It was quite cool there. There were 11 of us total. 6 boys and 5 girls. The place itself was one of the most beautiful beaches in Saaremaa, the Tuhkana beach. The beach was sandy and the sky was blue- most of the time :) . The water was warm also, tho a bit colder on the second and third day. We went swimming three times. On the first night we (me, Reimo and Tommy) went naked becouse our swimming pants were still wet :D It was colder at night but still I loved it... It did rain a bit while we were swimming and after that also, but that was all the rain we got there. On the second night the sky was totally clear and there were millions of stars visible. We took our sleeping bags and went and lied on the beach for some time. The view was really stunning. And on the second day we played volleyball and went swimming some more.

We also drank alot (I didn't that much), ate even more (sausages, chicken, raw eggs, potatoes, etc etc), listened to music (tho it was sucky pop mostly :P ), played cards and stuff. Overall, it was really cool :)

Below are some pictures, you can find the whole album here.

Sunset ft. You can find them here and I'll also post a few below.

The Tivoli itself was a bit smaller than usual, as about two months back there was an accident with one of the attractions. It caught fire while people were on it and took serious damage. No people were killed but many had quite serious burns. That might have also explained why there was less people than in the previous years. Usually on the night of the last day there are big lines and it's difficult to get on something, but this year the attractions sometimes were half empty.

Well, here are the pictures:

Other than that, the weekend was nothing special, tho I went swimming a couple of times which was really nice :) So until next time, take care :)

Tivoli is in town and other stuff

Yup, that's right. Tivoli Tour is an on-the-wheels amusement park with about 10 attractions. Most of them are to younger people, but a few are ok to ride for olders as well :D It opened up yesterday (the entrance is free) and will be here until Sunday. It's actually a waste of money as the rides are not that good :P But you usually see old friends and classmates there, who you have lost touch with during the long summer.

We went there yesterday with a few friends (Reimo, Jako and Siim). Actually we more moved back and forth between the Tivoli (which is set up near the castle, by the seaside) and the town centre (where all the shops were), where we bought beer (everyone were over 18... exept me. I have a little less than a month until that).

Beer is a nice thing, when you use it moderatley (it has some vitamin, B I think, or some other good thing, don't remember exactly). Being slightly drunk is usually fun. Until you wake up the next day. I don't think I had a hangover, I just felt a bit sick. Maybe it was a hangover tho... If it was, it wasn't as bad as people say it is. So, the morale today- use everything in moderation. (For you people, who are interested, I drank 6x0,33l of ~5 vol beer, plus about 0,25l of ~10 vol... And half of 0,33l ~5 vol Tequila coctail-like thingie... Which is not that much actually... I think...).

Overall it was quite fun, tho the mosquitos were killing us... They are the only problem of summers in Estonia. I sadly (or not, as I was not completley sober) didn't take my camera, so here is a picture from last year (this carousel is not here this year tho):

And here are the guys I was with:

Reimo and Siim having fun showing off during our class-trip to Ventspils, Latvia.

Jako being cool during our choir trip to Talsi, Latvia.

In other news, my friend Alex is in Shangai China, which is "3000 times cooler than Beijing", as "Beijing is big and ugly with insane amounts of pollution." So heed his words, go to Shangai ;)

If you sometimes like calm music, check out my friend, Jako's older brother Erko. His MySpace is http://www.myspace.com/erkoniit. He only has two songs up and both are in Estonian, but he just created the account and he said he'll be using it more, so be sure to check him out.

According to my rate.ee horoscope today, I got excellent love, sex, health and money, tho luck is catastrophe. Anyway, I'm going swimming in half an hour or so. Hope the water's warm :)

A beginning?

I'm good at beginning things. Not that good at completing them tho, it seems. So this is what, the third beginning? Or fourth? Doesn't matter. I like beginnings :)

Or to quote (and edit a bit) from my favourite book-
"The Wheel of Time turns, and Ages come and pass, leaving memories that become legend. Legend fades to myth, and even myth is long forgotten when the Age that gave it birth comes again. In one Age, called the Internet age by some, an Age yet to come, an Age long past, a young man posted a blog in the country called Estonia. The blog was not the beginning. There are neither beginnings or endings to the turning of the Wheel of Time. But it was a beginning."

Yup. Robert Jordan's "The Wheel of Time" series. Gotta love that book :D I'm currently almost through the 9th book, Winter's Heart. I hope to order books 10 and 11 soon. Book 12 (the last one) will hopefully be published soon, but not earlier than Xmas 2007, according to the author.

On other news, I'm back from my trip to England. I wanted to get a job there, but couldn't. At first I didn't look hard enough and later it was already too late. Too bad, at least I saw England. Went to London twice, the city is really nice. I reccommend everyone to visit it atleast once in their lives. And if you do, take at LEAST a week for yourself, it's a big city and if you want to visit most of the bigger museoums, you'll spend the week doing nothing but that (the queues to some places are insane, specially during summer and the tourist season). I myself only managed to visit the Aquarium, but I did see most of the other sites. I'll post some pictures below also, but for the whole album, check here.

And for pictures. As you can read from the last post, I went to take some pics on the peninsula. I'll post some of those also.

Umm I think that's more or less all... I'll post more thoughts later today or tomorrow maybe. Some concerning the X Freaks forum and stuff...

So, here are the pics of England:

From right: Maarja (my classmate), Tom (met him on the way from the airport to the city centre. He was a Polish born in Canada and living in Spain. A cool guy, interested in travelling and the world etc etc.) and Marin (Maarja's little sister)

The parliament building and Big Ben

The Cathedral of Guildford (the town I stayed in)

River Wey. A few miles from the city. I loved walking along it's shores... Again...

Well... That much for the new beginning then. Well anyway, I hope that THIS beginning will be something...

As for the Japan thing, it didn't work out. So I'll gonna have to wait until I go to university, which is the next possible place for me to go to Japan as an exchange student.

Today I went cycling for the first time in at least 4-5 months. I went to a juniper field near the city, just next to an airport in the Roomassaare peninsula (I think that's the name of it... Roomassaare harbour is in the top of it anyway). I found out that the town is building a long bicycle road all the way of it's lenght up until the harbour. It's good becouse the road it had before was really horrible. It's bad becouse I used to go sunbathing between the junipers becouse it was nice and quiet (no wind, no other persons) but I found out that the road goes right next to the spot we used. Tho I guess the plusses weigh up the minuses. It will probably be cleaned also then (it has a lot of trash all around the place atm). The deadline is october this year tho, so atleast that long it should stay quiet (unless the workers will decide to work next to our spot while we are trying to sunbath :P ). But the landscape there is simply beautiful. If the weather is as good tomorrow as it was today I'll go there again and take some pictures also :) . Speaking of pictures, here are a few maps about the place I was talking about (first one is copyrighted to Google Earth, other to Regio Maps):

The red spot is my home and the red circle is the area of the field... Maybe I can find a better map someday.

Ok now on other topics. On the 31st of March my aunt and her companion FINALLY got married. They have 4 children already (aged 4, 6, 9 and 14 if I'm not mistaken) and have been living together for about 16 years I think. They really didn't do that for love or so, they don't belive in marriage that much, it's the feeling that matters. Well, but what love, four kids and living together can't do, the IRS can. No marriage= two different income statements. Eternal happyness to them :)

And, two days later, at about 7AM on the 2nd of April my great grandfather died at the age of 99 years and 47 days. He was practically blind and didn't hear nearly anything without the help of a special earphone. Despite that he exercised regularly until last autumn. We still use the kitchen chairs he made about 5 years ago (he was almost-blind then already). He was hospitalized for a week before. I didn't get the chance to visit him there, but my grandmother did and while she was visiting he had told something, that could be translated like this (I hope I remember it correctly): The most important thing in life is love afterall... But I love grandmother. (he meant his wife, my great grandmother there). As he was really old, much of his talk was just random stuff, memories and so, but this was like a moment of enlightenment. I think it is one of the most beautiful things I have ever heard... May his soul rest in peace.

I should blog more often, else I'll have all blogs as long as this one :P So, sorry for the long post. I hope to post more tomorrow or so. I have an english olympiade in the morning and if the weather allows it I'll go on a little cycling trip again :) Until then.

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://prunedsamurai.blogspot.com/2007/04/new-beginning-again.html' title='A new beginning... The problem is that I will probably (hopefully not) be too old by then. 18 and 5 months when leaving here (it would last for 10 months). I really hope I can go tho. It'd be awesome.

Some other news, I'm delaying the transfer of my XJ fan forum to it's own server to 1st october, becouse of the lack of funds (I have no money XD ). The new address would probably have been www.xfreaks.com but there is already some meaningless lowzy ad page up there already so I thought of www.x-freaks.com. It doesn't sound THAT good, but it's better than nothing :) .

I also registered a Skype user. It's PrunedSamurai, feel free to add and call me :) I'm also adding some credit soon, so I could use it for calling when I'm home (the price cheaper than mobile phone and about the same as regular phone).

Also, I'm going to Spain with my grandparents, sister and cousin in about 2 and half weeks :D I can't wait. It will be 14 days. 2 days in Barcelona, 5 days on the road and 7 days in Malaga (southern Spain).

And about my promised Canon pictures- I haven't taken many (1595 :D including pics by other people wiht this camera :P ) but I'll try to post some here now.

Taken in Roomassaare harbour, this plane (Sotckholm- Kuressaare) was just landing (the airport is basically next to the harbour). Took a series of pics, this is the closest one (with 55mm lens):

A girl I know, Cäroli, who lives about 70 km from the city came shopping and I just showed off my camera. A lot has happened during the summer, like working my ass off for a new camera, which I got yesterday: Canon EOS 350D :D . It took all my savings and more, so I'm pretty broke at the moment :P . That's ofcourse not everything that has happened, but as I am a very lazy person, I wont talk about everything. Some things are better kept secret ;) Tho about some things I will talk about.

Like I have opened a fan forum for all the fans of X Japan. You can find it at http://xjapan.hypno.pri.ee . It's doing quite well and I hope to move it to a seperate server, about on 1st september. That ofcourse means that I need to get money from somewhere...

As for things that need money, I'm planning to go see a relative in Tartu next week, and in the weekend there will be a convention for the estonians club at deviantART .Those things also need some sponsoring, I hope to get some from my parents, as I have worked too much and I'm sick and tired of it, so there is no way I'm gonna spend any more time working :P .

More about X Japan, it's former member/leader/drummer/pianist has announced at Otakon that he will be starting a band with another Japanese pop artist Gackt . The original newspost can be found here . I will maybe upload the video about it somewhere also (yup I got it). All my friends are even lazyer than me.

As for the books I got, i'm pretty far with Eldest :D I'm at page 348, which means im a bit further than half way. Russian was next, and as I couldnt remember most of the words, the teacher let me do it another time- this wednesday. The history just ended and with abit "help" from the textbook I managed to do it quite nicely. 3 is certain, but it will probably be a 4 or even a 5.

I only got one lesson left and its Maths in computer or sumthing like that. It is quite boring and I got a school choior rehersal after that. I got bigger works at maths and history today, also a smaller on in Russian. I haven't studyed anything at home. My biggest concern is Russian, as it is my weakest subject. Others are really based on the information you gain at the lesson itself. The test in history mainly about middle age, the Franks (spelled right) and the Vikings. In maths its about sin, cos, tan and cot and their "relationships" (a la sin60¤=0,5 and so on). In Russian I got a word test, which I have never been good at.

I also started reading "Eldest", I'll maybe even take it to school to read during free time (read- history and maths at the time we dont have the tests). I have already read the Bleach books, they are good (although I have already read them all through the internet).

I also started to listen to an Estonian folkmetal band Metsatöll, seems like my music taste is getting more and more metal with every day. Now my two favourite bands are X Japan (rock) and Metsatöll (folkmetal).

Well anyway, I'm going to start packing now, I should leave in about 15 mins. The first is titled "Eragon" and the third should be "Empire" (i'm not 100% sure), but as far as i know, it hasn't been published yet. More info about the series and the books can be found at http://www.alagaesia.com/ or at http://www.teenreads.com/authors/au-paolini-christopher.asp .

The second and third were Vol 1 and Vol 2 of a famous manga and anime series, Bleach. I'm a real fan and i hope to get them all :D So far they have released 21 Volumes (a bit over 10 in English, others in Japanese) and they release a new chapter every week (about 7-8 chapters per volume). I have already ordered Vols 3-5, they should arrive in few weeks =)

I hope to post more soon, probably not today, but maybe tomorrow.
